Married in the Catholic Church and open to life as they built their life together, Aaron and Cassie soon found out they had to deal with the issue of infertility. After several years of dealing with one miscarriage after another, the couple decided their best option to start a family was to adopt. They ended up adopting two boys from Africa. Aaron and Cassie knew if they wanted more children, doctors had told them that adoption would be the only way to do that.
