“Unbridled Grief”

Most parents agree that one of their biggest fears is the possibility of having to deal with the death of one of their own children. When that child dies by suicide, the pain and grief of that reality only deepens and intensifies. For Eric and Leslie the pain of their son taking his life is still raw and unchecked.

But it is their Catholic faith which continues to hold them up and lead them through the sadness and gloom surrounding their family. In times when something so tragic and unexpected might destroy a marriage, Eric and Leslie are walking this journey together. From attending daily Mass to praying together during the day, Eric and Leslie are living one day at a time to find the healing and the peace they so desperately crave.
